1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vœu, a wedding planning application operated by:

By creating an account or otherwise using Vœu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Vœu is a wedding planning tool that helps couples organise their wedding, including:

• A task checklist with suggested planning milestones.
• A budget tracker to record estimated and actual costs.
• A guest list with e-invitations and RSVP collection.
• Vendor suggestions and a private vendor tracker.
• Table seating planning.
• A shared photo and video "Memories" gallery.
• Optional push and e-mail reminders about upcoming deadlines.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces the functionality available on your plan.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• A wedding workspace may be shared with a partner and, where applicable, invited collaborators (e.g. a wedding planner). You are responsible for who you invite and what access you grant them.
• Notify us immediately at hello@voeu.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Vœu is offered on the following plans:

• Tracker — core planning tools with limited access to premium features.
• Executive and Operator — paid subscriptions that unlock additional features such as e-invitations, guest reminders, and expanded Memories storage. Current pricing is shown at checkout.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to Vœu — including wedding details, guest information, budget data, and photos or videos uploaded to Memories ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display it back to you and to those you invite to your wedding workspace, solely for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and permissions to upload it — including, where guests contribute photos, ensuring you have their consent to do so. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to share.

6. Guest Information

When you add guests to your guest list or send e-invitations, you act as the data controller for the personal data of your guests (such as names, contact details, and RSVP responses), and Vœu acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and share your guests' personal data with us for this purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details on how guest data is processed.

7. Vendor Suggestions and Third Parties

Vœu may display vendor suggestions, sponsored listings, and feedback submitted by other couples. These are provided for informational purposes only. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality, availability, or pricing of any vendor, and any agreement you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor. We are not a party to, and accept no liability arising from, your dealings with any third-party vendor.

8. Acceptable Use

When using Vœu, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or wedding workspace.
• Upload malicious code, or interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the service without our written consent.
• Submit false or misleading vendor feedback.

9. Intellectual Property

The Vœu name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or software outside of your permitted use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, or if required to do so by law. Upon deletion, Your Content is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Vœu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggested tasks, budgets, or timelines are suitable for your specific wedding. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of your local law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of Vœu after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
